Medical Claims Disclosure

Many companies, both private and public, scientific and medical, are experimenting with CBD and Hemp products to prove and disprove statements made regarding health, medical, and disease claims issued by manufacturers, distributors, and users of CBD and Hemp products. The official position of Medaleaf and its representatives, is that we do no have a position on the potential disease, medical or health claims made by any party. Due to DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994) guidelines, we cannot specifically state conditions CBD may address. 

Medaleaf will never make any claim that any of its products will, treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any disease. It is up to the consumer of our products to perform their own research and draw their own conclusions. Occasionally, Medaleaf will allow consumers, subscribers, and other third parties to share product reviews, compose blog articles, and leave testimonials on our website. Medaleaf does not endorse the, comments, reviews, findings or statements regarding any or our products, CBD or Hemp products as they relate to any disease claims that may be made or otherwise eluded to within that shared content. Summaries of scholarly articles, journals, and studies about the ingredients of our products, health issues, CBD and Hemp will be shared frequently to aid consumers in making informed decisions – the credit for those scholarly articles, journals, and studies will be directed to those that authored, edited, and conducted them. Medaleaf urges its consumers, subscribers, and readers to conduct their own research, and to not interpret any medical, health or disease based content as Medaleaf violating the DSHEA mandate.

THC Disclosure

Medaleaf products are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 21. Our products contain less than 0.3% of the substance known as THC. This percentage is measured by volume, and is usually much lower (around 0.1%). We are constantly improving our extraction methods to reduce our products to zero THC while still remaining 100% organic. Our products, due to their exceedingly low volume of THC, are NON-PSYCHOACTIVE. All our products THC levels fall under the percentage by volume allowable by law for hemp-derived CBD and Hemp products. Please check on the laws of your individual state prior to ordering.

CBD Legal Status Notice

Medaleaf products contain CBD (cannabidiol), an extract derived from the hemp plant. in all of Canada and United States, CBD and Extracts derived from the industrial hemp plant are legal. We do not sell, nor do we plan to sell, any products that are not industrial hemp derived. Medaleaf is constantly monitoring the legal situations as they concern CBD and Hemp products, and will do its best to post updates on the website to keep customers informed. Medaleaf is not obligated to do so, and knowing the laws of one’s own state of residence is the responsibility of the consumer and not of Medaleaf.

Drug Testing Disclosure

While drug tests do not specifically look for CBD (cannabidiol), there is a small chance that the trace amounts of THC within our products may receive a THC positive test result on a drug test. We advise anyone who regularly receives drug tests to not use any of our products without first talking to their employer.
